We checked in on December 24 and I made reservation 3 weeks before and I stated that we are 4. Then when we checked in the setup for 4 persons was not yet done. The TV is busted, and today (CHRISTMAS DAY) the water from the aircons was dripping. The bidet cannot be off. My gosh, Christmas day away from home supposed to have R&R because of work and the stress of the pandemic and this is what we are experiencing. This is the worst hotel I ever stayed in. True, its an old hotel but at least they should prepare the rooms to be occupied are in good condition. So if you are planning to stay here PLEASE THINK A THOUSAND TIMES.

Great Customer Service experience! Much Better from my previous stay. The ambiance and the Pool area is very relaxing. The Room we stayed in is spacious and No issue with internet connections. We will be back.

Judging from their fascination with old Hollywood movies gaudily painted all over their dark and musty ballroom, I'm betting their rooms are below-par as well. Good thing I followed my gut and had a nicer, more modern room in a nearby hotel.
