Punta De Fabian

This is our 3rd time but instead of improving it gets worse every visit. We love the place because it is huge, quiet, nature friendly, nice views and the climate is cold. On our 2nd visit they said renovations are on the way. Sad to say, last March 9-11 was our worst experience. Why? 1. We informed them we are seniors but we were given a room located at the lowest and farthest and we have to climb up down to reach the room. And it was scary being the only guests there. So we asked to be transferred. Remember, there were no other guests so there were plenty of rooms available. Their rooms are big, beds are comfy but the toilet has plenty of ants crawling. Even after being sprayed, they return. 2. Strictly no food allowed. But their restaurant is non-existent. They just get our order, the chef goes to the market then cook the food. You cannot order again. They don't even have drinks to offer. 3. Funny thing is, food hasn't been served yet but they are already asking for the payment. No budget? Hahaha! 4. When I asked for OR, they were asking for my TIN and they couldn't explain why. So I was furious I asked for the person in charge. I was dead mad so they issued the OR. 5. The pool looks like it hasn't been cleaned for quite sometime so we decided not to swim. 6. There are no activities you can do inside. They have this big maze but always full of dried leaves and stems. Who knows what else is inside. 7. They are short-staffed. Imagine one person serving 6pax during dinner. She's literally in and out of the kitchen. By the time the food is complete they are already cold. There are so many more negative comments that I could write but the space won't be enough. I just commend the staff for always attending to our queries, and providing for our needs. And they are always courteous and cheerful. Special mention to Jessica. I really hope the owner and management of this resort step up to improve their facilities and marketing strategies. It's a waste.

First,nagorder kame ng mga friends ko sa resto nila around 11am kame lang ang nasa loob,tinake ung order namin: tinola,sweet and sour fish fillet ang order namin. Ok na sana excited kameng kumaen dahil sa gutom at malayo pa ung binayahe namin. Pero 11:30am wala parin ang order naiinip na kame dahil antagal at wala man lang nagsasabi or during nagoorder kame walang naginform kung ilang minutes ung s.t.Di kame nakatiis nagtanong na ako sa crew nila, followup sa order namin then biglang sinabi ng crew 12:30pm pa daw iseserve sobrang naiinis na kame at badtrip dahil wala man lang nagsabi na ganun kame katagal maghihintay. Komo,inuuna daw nila ung sa company, my gally naiintindihan sana namin un pero sana naginform kayo samin before kayo nagtake ng order na ganun pala kame katagal maghihintay. Nakapairesponsable ng mga crew when it comes sa service. Second, tinawag ko ung crew dahil kinoncern ko ung tubig na sineserve nila may lasang gamot. Tumungo lang ung crew then pumunta sa kitchen nila at tiningan lang yung tubig na pinagkukunan nila sabay alis at dinako binalikan or anything na hinihintay ko na balikan ako para palitan. Very wrong!! Umalis na kame sa loob ng resto at nagdecide na magswim muna kami. Third,12:30pm nagserve sila sa cottage, kala namin ok na, yun pala kanin lang ang iseserve then another 15mins para sa ulam. Beast mode na kame at bat ganun yung service nila. Yung dumating ung ulam another na kinainis namin, tinola nila, sayote, luya,at ilang pirasong manok lang ang ingredients worth 360php malangsa pa ang pagkakatimpla 😤🤦‍♀️ another 5mins sa fish fillet, na puro sauce na malabnaw at matamis pa san ung lasa ng sour? 🤦‍♀️ Di ko na napicturan at sa sobrang gutom namin pinagtiisan namin sayang naman kase ung nagastos. Pero pagdating sa bayad ambilis nila pagkalapag ng fish fillet siningil agad ung payment namin 🤣🤣 then humingi kame yelo may bayad pa daw ung yelo nila 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 Fourth, andumi ng tubig nila sa pool. Nakakadismaya ung pagbyahe namin at pagpunta 🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️🤦‍♀️ hindi worth it ung araw nagholiday leave kame para makapagrelax. Pero puno ng pagkadismaya ang nafeel namin sa inyo. 👎👎👎👎👎👎👎 Hindi na kame uulit pa sa inyo 👎 di pwedeng irecommend tong place nato. Mukang kailangan nyo magorient sa mga staff nyo di marunong magapproach sa guest/customer.

We spent our team building here last June 2019. The place is quite nice, they two pools. It is not advisable to swim in the night though because it so cold. The place is overlooking and with a beautiful view.
