CITY PARK RESIDENCE

I really like this hotel, room is very big, staff is nice, the area around the hotel is good. But - I went to the swimming pool to relax and felt super hot. The thermometer showed 45 degrees in the shadow. There was no drinking water. I can't imagine working as a safeguard there, much less being a senior person trying to enjoy the space. The hourglass at the sauna also did not work. I understand the day was hot but having no air con at the space of leisure at 5 star hotel and making people work in these conditions seems really terrible and probably unlawful. I hope management reads this and does sth about it!

This is my favourite hotel in Poznan and I am often in the city for work. The welcome is always friendly and efficient. The rooms are a great size and very good value for money. The Italian restaurant attached to the hotel is a gem. Really tasty food, extensive wine list and good service.

Signposting difficult in the evening. Gym closed without notice. Rooms are nice but rather noisy to the street side. Breakfast fine.
