I was really disappointed with my stay at Andersia Hotel & Spa. I specifically booked this hotel because I wanted to relax and make use of the spa facilities, particularly the swimming pool and jacuzzi. However, when I arrived, I was informed that both were out of service.
The most frustrating part was that I received no prior notification before my arrival. Had I known that the main reason for choosing this hotel would not be available, I would have booked somewhere else. The lack of communication meant I paid for a hotel experience that wasn't what was advertised.
The hotel itself was pleasant, but the unavailable spa facilities had a significant impact on my stay and left me feeling disappointed. I would strongly recommend that the hotel informs guests in advance whenever key amenities are unavailable so they can make an informed decision before travelling.
