Very helpful staff, however my bed wasn’t tidy when I entered the room also for double bed I’ve got single duvet. Towels are thin. No open windows, poor Wi-Fi. For sure I won’t come back here anymore and won’t recommend this place for anyone

Good to stay only to sleep for one night on your way. Clean room, conditioning. Beds are comfortable. Its out of the city center, so you don't have were to go for a walk. Not good that you can't open the window. Water is stinky.

The wifi was non existant, the pool was only available for 2 hours in the early mornining and 2 hours in the early evening. The hotel was very far from the town centre, the windows don't open and the aircon didnt work. Me and my Wife was booked for 7 days but, we left after the 1st night after switching rooms for a cooler room but still no wifi. I will say the staff was amazing and very helpful in trying to fix the problems without success. Also we were given free breakfast and offered a full refund but, We're waiting on that refund and hoping they will be true to they're word. Fingers crossed
