Stayed here from 30th January 2020. 4nights. Room 101(handy just at the top of stairs). First point I will make is for the price I did not expect to walk into a 5star for a budget price. Room was clean,beds are comfy shower adequate,services of room good,received water and bottles on arrival,breakfast is good,buffet style,plenty of food to choose from. Only downside is staff arent plentiful,not ignorant or rude by any means,they are pleasant but there just never there😂20mins at cafe bar to get a coffee..when it was very quiet.. This is the reason I dropped 1 star. Thank you interhouse for a very pleasant stay..

After reading so many negative reviews we were slightly nervous about our 5 night half board stay. However we were really impressed. The hotel is clean and comfortable with a safe feel when taking children. The staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs. On the half board evening meal we didn't get any choice of meals as stated when booking this but as our daughter is vegetarian the chef was great at ensuring her meals were what she wanted and each meal was different. We felt going half board was a great way of trying all different sorts of polish meals. the waiting staff quickly worked out how we liked our drinks and then got it right every time. The reception staff where great at giving us appropriate advice, even offering to come. And offered to show us how to book tram tickets outside. The tram station is just outside this hotel and the tour companies did pick us up from there. The room was cleaned whenever we asked and when I meanted I was cold one evening, we were quickly given extra blankets and heaters. The shower was always warm and easy to use. We had read another rewiew which told us to take our own soap and we found that very helpful. Thanks Interhouse hotel for looking after us in Poland.

Terrible staff, they are not friendly, very rude and agressive, not interested in talk,night shift was very bad There is no toliet paper, and in room for 3 there is not enough electricity for three of us, anyway so bad!
