The service is awfull, the breakfast tastes expired.

The heated towel rack doesn’t work unless the city decides is cold enough for it to be turned on so don’t wash out your underwear cause it’ll stillbe damp in the morning! The room is very basic, but it does have a kettle and there are teabags available and cups and saucers. The listing states bathrooms are equipped with shower and a bathtub and guest are offered cosmetic products, but that is absolutely untrue. There’s no bathtub. There isn’t even any lotion or conditioner, just pump soap on the wall.

The room was dirty, the sheets were stained with blood even after last night. Once I pointed it out at reception I had to change it myself without getting an apology or anything.
