Demel

The hotel has gone from a 4star to a 3star what a pity. The location is all right, you can get a taxi from the hotel to the center of town, plenty of things to see ie churches super shops good places to eat .

The hotel is easy to access from Krakow airport. Good public transport nearby. Very friendly staff. The hotel itself is very old and basic, but enough for sleeping over. Big parking lot that is convenient if you drive.

I stayed at Demel in January 2019 and I had a very bad experience for many reasons: The localization wasn't good, was a bit difficult to hop on a bus, but at least there is a Żabka (convenience store) nearby. The furniture was very old, was like to return to the 70's, the room stinks and it seemed to be dirty. The breakfast was horrible, the food was tough and dry. The positive points are: the hotel's staff was very polite and helpful, the hall is cozy and if you need to parking a car, the are many vacancies. If I go back to Krakow, surely I won't stay at Demel again.
