Fabulous little hotel. Spotlessly clean and lovely friendly staff. The hotel is like travelling back in time with beautiful features and artwork. The room had everything we needed including a fridge, tea/ coffee, hair dryer and air-conditioning ( which was used constantly). It was central to everything and we loved Kazimierz 😍. Our room looked onto the old cemetery and was just perfect. The breakfast is continental but with so much choice and a small selection of hot food which changed every day. I did not want to leave.

This small hotel in the old Jewish Street is very good , the bedrooms are very clean and if you need anything nothing is too much trouble . The hotel staff on reception are always willing to help in any way they can and are very knowledgeable and extra helpful. I fully recommend this hotel and its location in the heart of the old Jewish quarter.with its cafes restaurants etc . Also the historic wawel castle is not far and is very much worth a visit .

Stayed for three nights. Arrived 9 pm first night. Meet by receptionist, which a 24 hour setup. Given a good brief and the staff are very polite and professional. Our room was front facing, which was very spacious. We had twin beds, which we found no really comfortable and the pillows were too soft, no support for neck. The room are dated but its part of the hotel setup, which is quite quirky. The street outside can be loud but it a route through Jewish quarter to the bars and eating areas. The breakfast was really lovely, a mix of hot and continental.
