Flamingo Hostel

Booked a private room for myself and my daughter. The good part is that the hotel is really very clean. BUT the rooms are quite cold (at least for me) and there's no way to regulate temperature in the room. There is a ceiling fan but that only makes the room colder. When asked for an extra blanket due to it being cold - they didn't have it. They also don't have a HAIRDRYER. I have stayed in all kinds of hotels and even the cheapest most basic hotel (airbnb etc) always has a hairdryer. VERY disappointed with this..

The room was very clean. It’s in Old Town Krakow. I loved that it was so close to the Easter market. I’m also glad this place provided ear plugs for sleep. The only thing that would have made the stay better is newer sheets. The bedding was clean but so worn, there were several holes in the sheets and duvet covers.

It's a scam!!! We had a reservation paid and when we arrived they told us it did not exist, they left us on the call at -5 degrees without any help or empathy!!!! It's a shame, don't go!!!
