Holiday Inn Krakow City Centre

We stayed at the holiday inn and the location was fantastic, we were close to the square but quiet at night. Staff were excellent, breakfasts were amazing and rooms really comfortable too. Can’t recommend this holiday enough? Certainly was 5 star. Thank you IHG this hotel is a real winner.

First of all, the room we originally were given was nothing like the picture of the standard room. It had no windows and looked like a dungeon. We complained and were given a better room with a window that had no view but was modern and overall was much better. The pros: great location, nice room and breakfast was great. The cons: bed was hard, you had to complain to get the correct room.

We got to the hotel, we booked two premium rooms on a high floor away from the elevator, and we got everything reversed.
