Justyna Hotel

My wife and I stayed for about 14 days. First of all, the hotel's reception staff were very helpful and friendly. All the hotel staff are helpful. The breakfast is good. The hotel's location is ideal for its tranquility. Having a large park area nearby is a huge advantage, in particular.

Excellent room, everything worked. Breakfast had more variety than in most places. Pancakes with cheese and French toast were available, for example, among a reasonably large variety of cakes. There is a tram station a couple of hundred meters away which takes you straight into the city centre. We arrived early but the lady at reception arranged for the room to be cleaned and we got our room at 12:30, she was very kind and accommodating.

The choice of this hotel was due to its proximity to the technical university in Krakow. The rating was good and so were the comments. The welcome was friendly. The room was pleasant but the bathroom was tiny. They must have few customers outside of Poland because the television didn't have a single channel that wasn't in Polish! The breakfast was poor with few options and the general atmosphere of the hotel was very uninviting. Always deserted.
