Mikolaj Hotel

The location of this hotel in proximity to the main square is absolutely fantastic although that does make it quite noisy in the late evening at weekends! The hotel is clean and staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast is basic but adequate! The beds were comfortable and made daily! The rooms were quite large but we felt missing a few extras! It would have been nice to have tea/coffee making facilities in the room. Also a fridge would have been nice as water left by the cleaner was always warm! There was a definite need for a full length mirror in the room too! The shower cubicle also didnt drain very well. It definitely wouldnt put us off staying again but perhaps in a different room!

Centrally located hotel, a stone's throw from Krakow's main square. Narrow entrance, shared with the Sant' Antioco restaurant. Tiny reception, with young, professional and helpful staff. We were allocated a quadruple room on the third floor (no elevator). It was basically a mini apartment, no kitchen. Divided into two rooms, with a mini living area. The bathroom was huge, with an incredible surprise: the presence of the bidet!!! The room is very scenic and suggestive for the presence of a glazed ceiling... that at sunrise lets in so much light. Breakfast is served on the ground floor, in a small room furnished with photographs of localities in Sardinia, with an equally small buffet; a little uncomfortable for several people together. Hot drinks are prepared and served at the table, there are no vending machines. The quality is good. Choice of sweet , savory and sufficient fruit. Excellent starting point for exploring the city center on foot.

This hotel is in a great location just off the main square in the old town. We had an apartment room which was really big and perfect for us as a family. Breakfast was fresh although choice was quite limited, but it was fine. I would stay here again for sure. The price was reasonable. It's not a luxury hotel but it is clean, nice, and has character.
