Hotel and customer service was terrible from start to finish. Bar closed entire stay with just a coffee machine and cold drinks machine provided which only dispensed water half the time, only one flat beer and watered down vodka and ozo in a glass decanter on the side. Food was the worst I’ve ate and very limited options. Icecream cabinet empty entire stay. Beds like prison beds. No entertainment at all as described when booking. To top it all off on our third day there as me and my partner were sunbathing the manager of the hotel walked past us and we smiled at him to which he took great offence and stood over me and my partner shouting in our face what are we efing smiling at. Asked the receptionist if they had safes for passports as described to which she said no they don’t need them as everyone is trustworthy 😂😂 how she can be sure of this is beyond me when she has accommodation full of strangers.The worst place I’ve stayed at in my life. Don’t waste ur money

Stayed here a few years ago, and it was great. large rooms and good quiet sleep. It was near good public transport. It took a bit of getting used to after staying in lots of Accor hotels on other trips, but was very good. I see it is still open. I only wish I had reviewed it before. As I remember, the only downside was a barking dog two verandas along - he's probably long gone!

Cosy and beautiful hotel. Staff were lovely and friendly, they spoke fluent English. The room was clean, and the size was nice, as advertised. The city center is 30 min walk away from the hotel. We enjoyed a drink at night in the garden. Our favourite hotel in Cracow.
