(Party of 5) Just came back from a weekend break this Hotel is Fantastic, Modern, Clean, Comfy beds, Amazing staff, Breakfast was very tasty and plenty of choice with seating inside and out it was lovely to sit outside and watch the world go by while having Breakfast. If your room is on the River side of the Hotel it is very quiet the other side can be a bit noisy because of the Trams not overwhelming I had the window open all night and wasn't disturbed at all. I ate in the restaurant once in the out side area food was tasty and very reasonably prices, Uber about 5 minutes from the Town or 15 mins walk along the River. I didn't use the Spa so cant comment on that but the prices looked reasonable.

This is a great hotel, and in a great location, we stayed 4 nights in June 26. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We had a great breakfast, and on the more we visited Auschwitz-Birkenau we had a 05:50:start, so we asked for a breakfast bag. We couldn’t believe what we got, it fed us all day. The tram stop outside was the terminal, so you knew, if you you got the no 1 or 13, with saltwator on the bus you would get home

We felt at this hotel all around! Many amenities ensure a relaxing stay. Bike rental etc... The breakfast and spa were great! Quiet location overlooking the Vistula (when booking with river side). Street side I would not recommend because of noise from the street. 20 minutes walk to the old town.
