The location and the hotel is beautiful and spotlessly clean. The bedroom decor might not be to everyone's taste, but you can see the photos for yourself. We arrived late on Thursday night and the 2 gentlemen at reception were very pleasant and helpful. However, we had a few incidents with other young female members of staff (Breakfast area and outside bar area) who were just extremely rude. We had two separate incidents from two different members of staff where they manor would have been classed as unacceptable to a random person, let alone a guest at their hotel that they were representing. One incident you can overlook, when it happened again we choose to have our meals and drinks elsewhere..

We loved this hotel so much we extended our stay. The rooms are spacious & beautiful. Kamil at the front desk was very helpful and attentive.

This hotel is located just off the main square in central Krakow, within easy walking distance of the local attractions. A beautifully decorated interesting residence. The staff were very helpful and attentive.
