Unicus Hotel

We had a fantastic stay at the Wyndham Grand Kraków Old Town. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the Main Market Square. Our room was spacious, spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and well insulated, making it wonderfully quiet despite the central location. The breakfast offered a great selection and everything was fresh and delicious. The staff were professional, welcoming, and always happy to help. We truly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return. Kraków’s Old Town is vibrant, safe, and beautiful. There is plenty to do there and much beauty to take in. The Wyndham Grand is a beautiful, quiet hotel perfectly located in Old Town. The front desk is staffed 24/7 with a very friendly English speaking team. I forgot clothes when I checked out, and they quickly helped me out. The fitness area is mediocre at best, but the pool is lovely.

We had the impression that this was a spa hotel. If you, like us, are looking for a quiet spa experience, we will not recommend booking here. The bath area was full of children and there was too little capacity in relation to the number of guests. There was extremely much hollowing and little regard for other visitors. There was only one jacuzzi, which led to a very long wait since everyone wanted to use it. In addition, the pools were cold, making the experience even more disappointing.
