Very nice room, spacious and above all spotless. Very kind staff, excellent breakfast, very varied with both sweet and savory products very good. 200 meters from the tram stop , in 15 minutes you are in the city center. Super honest prices.

Nice modern hotel. If recently refurbished they didn't put in USB power sockets, which is a shame. Power is cut to the room when you leave it so no chance of charging up you electronic devices while you are out. Took while to get processed by reception on check-in. Room cleaning consists only of replacing towel, soaps etc , making the beds and replacing free water. No cleaning of the bathroom clean or fresh sheets. Good facilities around the hotel - super market, chemist, tram.

Bad Experience. They are running a currency conversion scam They are running a currency (Dynamic Currency Conversion or DCC) scam over-charging me by 11.6%. Please google DCC on credit cards and you will see. On Aug 13 2023 while checking in I accidently pressed pay in GB and asked them to cancal the transaction and I would like to pay in PLN but they said only the manager (Ms Krystyna) can do that who will be in on Monday. The next day, they said, yes it will be done next day as the accountant has to be consulted. Next day it was a public holiday (16 Aug) so manager was not in. They said they can do it next day but need my ohysical card - knowing full well that was not possible because we were checking out on Aug 16. The front desk people were OK but they were not empowered to do anything or so we were told. Left a sour taste in the month. Not staying there again.
