Small crammy room with no Air condition. It was the hottest days in Krakow in 2026 and the room felt like a, sauna. Thwre, was a, fan which did not help much. It was tidy thought. Breakfast ok. 15 minuters walk to the main square.

A few weeks ago I went to Krakow on vacation with my family, my mom chose the hotel so I started reading the hotel reviews and they weren't bad in fact the reviews were right, the room wasn't ugly, the carpet was slightly dirty but it wasn't a problem, the bathroom was nice and the shower water heated up in no time which is a good thing, but the staff was a bit cold and didn't talk much but in Poland they are all like that but the only problem was the quality of sleep because there are a lot of noises but the hotel gives you earplugs and so it wasn't a big problem and in every floor there is a water machine if you want to drink. I'm very satisfied and I would stay there again

The only virtue of this hotel is its location, as it is relatively close to the center of Krakow. Everything else has been a disappointment. The room was extremely small, much smaller than what the photographs show. Additionally, it showed an evident lack of maintenance: cobwebs, dampness, damaged walls, deteriorated frames, and a quite uncomfortable bed. The soundproofing is very poor. You can hear the tram from early morning until night. If you travel in the summer, the problem worsens: it gets light around 4:30 AM and the rooms do not have blinds. The curtains are too short and let in a lot of light. Additionally, it lacks air conditioning, which is hard to understand when the room reached 38 °C. As the only solution, they provide a fan, which is clearly insufficient. The cleaning service also left much to be desired. During our stay, they did not properly change the towels, and the used glasses remained unreplaced. The attention from the staff was another very negative point. At the reception, they barely greeted us, showed very little willingness to help, and when a problem arose, they did not try to find a solution or make an effort to understand us. The breakfast is very basic and repetitive. For the four days, it was exactly the same, and when items like juice ran out, they took quite a while to replenish them. As a final touch, we requested a picnic-style breakfast in advance because we had an excursion at 5:00 AM. Despite having requested it beforehand, they simply ignored the request and we received no explanation. In short, I would not recommend this hotel. For a similar price, it is possible to find much better-maintained accommodations, with more professional service and a far superior experience in Krakow.
