MERCURE KASPROWY

This was my 6th stay at the hotel and it might have been the last one. They are expanding and building a huge aqua park within the hotel premises, which once finished will be great BUT I paid 1,500 pln per night in the hotel and was exposed to heavy machinery and construction noises from 6am in the morning all the way till 10pm. Non stop noise! No mention of it at the check it by the hotel staff, paid extra for room with a view of the Tatra Mountains and got extra noise with my money instead! The construction will continue till the 2028, just saying… really disappointed!

Excellent hotel in terms of its infrastructure (beautiful rooms with space, large area of outdoor and indoor pools, spa, sauna, Turkish bath...) as the attention and friendliness of the staff. It stands out for an amazing breakfast prepared with lots of pampering and stunning views of the Tatras. Near the center of Zakopane and has a special Minibus Service. Fully recommended whether you are traveling alone, as a couple or as a family. An ideal hotel to return to without a doubt.

A gorgeous room with a balcony that looked out to the valley and Tatra Mountain range! Very comfortable and it was quiet, especially with noise from the outdoor pool ended when they covered it up at 2000 hours. The chair cushion slipped out when getting up and there were food crumbs galore underneath! Needs better cleaning, but otherwise, everything else was fine.
