Campanile Wroclaw Stare Miasto

Rooms basic but clean and ok if you don’t want to spend too much time in them. Bed was comfy but the single pillow provided was dreadful; old, thin and lumpy, and needs replacing! Bathroom clean and shower over bath worked well. However, bath very slippery and potentially dangerous. Needs a grippy mat to prevent slips. 2 poor quality bath towels, no hand towels and a frayed bath mat. Other family members had no bath mat. Unaware that room would not be serviced each day.

Reception staff not very expansive, almost mechanical in their duties. Basic room, creaky bed, thin pillows, very dusty kettle area. Blind bathroom without fan. Convenient location to go downtown.

This is kind of a strange hotel. The location was ok, they definitely get tour groups, one day we had to opt for the McDonald's next door because we couldn't get near the breakfast it was so packed. The rooms have this strange half bathtub with a shower in it. As an older "short person" I could barely maneuver myself into it. Shower itself was hard to use, and hard to get any hot water. In one of the rooms we had, the shelf above the sink was placed so the faucet handle couldn't be raised fully, and a little stool by a counter was broken and left in the room. One of our rooms had some pretty horrible looking bleach stains on the rug. We didn't know we wouldn't get the room serviced without putting the sign on the door and couldn't get any fresh towels because it was evening when we returned. The ones we had were so beat up and tiny, it was a struggle to use them again. We thought we had booked a 3 star hotel but this one was pretty rough.
