I visited Wroclaw on a vacation tour. The hotel was very comfortable, and the staff was very kind. The rooms were clean and spacious. The bathroom was great. The breakfast is a fairly complete buffet. They have free water machines on every floor. Located a 25-minute walk from the center at a leisurely pace.

We returned to this hotel for 3 nights this weekend having first visited in 2018. The main reason for returning is the great location (for us, it's perfect but might not suit those wanting to be right in the centre. We speed walked back from The Old Town one evening and it took us 17 minutes), and the excellent breakfast which sets you up for the day. The options are vast. Also the beds and pillows are so, so comfortable. I slept the best I have in ages. We were upgraded to an executive room on the 11th (top) floor with a nice view down to the old town. This was a nice touch, as was being able to leave our luggage after an early arrival. We visited over Easter and the hotel appeared full with lots of families. A 9am breakfast on the first morning was chaotic. Day 2 we came down at 9.45, and day 3 at 7.30. Both much better experiences. The housekeeping was excellent. Our room was serviced to a very high standard each day. Plenty of nice toiletries. All in all, a very good city hotel and we will definitely book again when next in Wroclaw.
