Radisson Blu Wroclaw

Great hotel experience. Receptionists were extremely helpful. All of them. And at the bar, German was a true gentleman. Very friendly and helpful and polite.

This was my first time in Wroclaw along with my wife and her family, it was a lovely experience and paired perfectly with our stay in radisson blu. Lovely clean hotel with stellar service all round but I would like to make a special mention to Maryna and Maksym for going the extra mile and helping out with our bookings before and during the stay. Thank you guys.

I stayed here last night on business. I arrived at 11:30 at night and was quickly directed to my room by really friendly and helpful staff. I called down to the kitchen and ordered some food and ordered the curry and rice. This is brought up to my room after about 20 minutes when it arrived it was cold and uneatable. When I complained the next morning this was removed from my bill which was fine but disappointing at the time due to the fact I was very hungry. Breakfast in the morning was lovely but it did take 25 minutes my omelette to arrive. The room was comfortable but to be honest needed updating. The hotel appeared to be in a good location. Checkout process was quick and again staff very friendly.
