I stayed there for a month waiting for a travel visa to be granted. That required me to re-book a room, often on a daily basis in case the visa was granted. I initially used a travel agent to book the room for 2 nights at the advertised price of around £40 (212 PLN) per night. When I asked to extend by one night I was charged 1080 PLN which is over 5 times the price. I obviously complained and was clearly told to go elsewhere if I didn't like the price. I have all the receipts as proof. I reverted to asking my UK travel agent to book the room and was charged the advertised price again (allowing for rate fluctuations). They were not happy. After that, the price varied from 216 to 290 PLN per night. I was moved 7 times to a variety of rooms over the period I was there. I have to say that most of the staff were polite except for the manager.

My partner and I stayed here with the mystery weekend. We weren’t expecting much, but were pleasantly surprised. It’s a clean smart hotel with warm comfortable rooms. The staff were friendly and greeted us well. We had breakfast one morning, which was nice with a good selection of local foods. The restaurant was clean and modern. There is currently a building site next door which is noisy early mornings on weekdays. This isn’t fault of the hotel obviously, just a word of caution.

Large and comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast buffet. Efficient service. Located outside the centre but with easy connection. The outside does not look impressive but inside the hotel has all the modern comfort you need. I enjoyed my stay very much.
