The Castle Inn's location is great -- on Castle Square. You are right where you need to be in the Old Town. The hotel wasn't fancy -- but it was clean and simple and the staff was great. Special shout-out to Kamil, Nickoli, and Sophie -- everyone was very helpful. I was offered to get an upgrade when I arrived and got a larger room for very little money (about $30 extra per night).
The hotel was one of the few buildings to survive the WW2 destruction. It is 600 years old and was an interesting place... Note there is no elevator so, heavy luggage has to be carried up. Hopefully pack light or get a lower floor!
The breakfast was simple -- an offering between a "Sweet" choice or a "Savory" choice. Kind of odd, but sufficient. The Savory included "eggs" which turned out to be a hard boiled egg. I went with the Sweet the next day which was more fruit and yogurt.
In all, I would recommend the hotel for anyone going to Warsaw. I was there for 2 nights and it met all my expectations.

Hotel in the center of the Old Warsaw Square, old structure without elevator x the fact that it is an old castle, rooms a bit dated but clean, friendly staff, breakfast to be totally reviewed, poor and no buffet , all in all x 1 night can be fine.
