We stayed in a triple room with ensuite bathrooom. We were happy with our visit. The location is good, close to public transport, a bakery nearby as well as several supermarket/shops and restaurants. The ghetto bridge memorial is also within walking distance.
Not many guests staying so we didn’t have any problem with noise. Nice and spacious lounge.
Basic hostel breakfast but the milk had soured on the second day.

The good: room was very cute and spacious, and the young woman who showed us to our room was very polite and helpful, neighborhood was very quiet, short walk to tram lines and buses, lots of cheap places to eat; very nice TV lounge, and kitchen looked decent, though we didn't use
The bad: outlets in room didn't work (we later found out that they need to turn on the breaker, which is kept off to avoid problems, something they should have mentioned when we checked in); reception closes at 21:00, even on weekends, so who is enforcing the quiet hours? Other lodgers were very loud until around 3:30am, and in the evening when reception buzzed in an arriving guest and we entered as well, the man didn't question whether we were actually staying there and we walked unencumbered up to our room, which isn't a great security practice; only one lightbulb worked in the chandelier in our room; curtains are sheer, so little privacy

Everything was as expected..small room, small toilet and decent breakfast, but the personnel was acting like we came to eat their lunch, bathroom was broken, waiting for 10 minutes to get hot water, even in different room. On top, behaviour of other guests was insane (loud, drunk,..) and ability of hostel's personnel to solve and interfere was 0. I was more than disappointed
