Intercontinental Warsaw

We started our trip to Europe in Warsaw and stayed at the Intercontinental. Both the city and the hotel were excellent choices. The Intercontinental is in an excellent, central location close to the subway and trams. It is also possible to walk to the Old Town in about 20 minutes. We stayed in a room with access to the Club Lounge. The lounge was excellent and the entire staff were super friendly and helpful. The evening canapés and nibbles were delicious and admiring the view with a glass of wine in hand was wonderful. The pool and gym area was great. The pool is big enough to swim laps and was rarely busy when we visited. The gym has every machine you need for a good workout. We highly recommend both Warsaw and the Intercontinental

I would like to recognize Ms. Wiktoria for her exceptional service during my stay. As the weather was extremely hot, she went above and beyond by proactively offering me a fan to help improve the air circulation and make my room more comfortable. In addition to this, she offered unlimited pool access, so we could unwind properly. I truly appreciated that she anticipated my needs without me having to ask. Her kindness, attentiveness, and willingness to go the extra mile made a real difference to my stay. I would also like to thank Paweł for providing such a warm and efficient check-in experience. He was professional, friendly, and made me feel very welcome from the moment I arrived. A special thank you also goes to Agnes, who took the time to tell me more about Warsaw and shared some interesting local recommendations. I had returned to Poland to spend time with my Polish family, and our conversation made my visit even more meaningful. Please pass on my sincere appreciation to Wiktoria, Paweł, and Agnes. They are a wonderful team and truly represent the excellent hospitality of InterContinental.
