Sheraton Warsaw Hotel

It is my great pleasure to share and highly recommend the Hotel Sheraton Grand Warsaw as detailed next. I stayed in this classic-designed hotel room mainly for business purposes; hence, my schedule was tight for touring. The hotel is excellent in almost every facet I can think of – room facilities, cleaning service, and reception assistance. Excellent and rich breakfast and a very kind and helpful staff. Located 10-15 minutes by taxi from most touring sites. As for tour consultancy in light of my tough schedule, I would like to highly commend Ms. Magdalena Kilar, Guest Relations Manager & Head Concierge, for the high proficiency and touring solutions that probably only she is capable of suggesting. A comment I raised regarding the airport-hotel pickup service pricing was given full attention and fair resolution by the very kind Ms. Anna Michalska, Senior Front Office Supervisor. I'm lifetime Platinum Elite, medical emergency caused me to cancel my entire 2 month Europe trip, spoke directly with their in-house reservations, all of their managers as well as the Marriott Platinum Elite department and this hotel was the only one of three, that refused to not only cancel the reservation but to give me a future State credit. Apparently my Marriott loyalty and lifetime Platinum Elite, which this year I should hit Titanium Elite, means nothing to Marriott. I'm not surprised. With Hilton expanding their footprint and having very competitive properties and benefits, I will not only never give my business to this hotel, I'm shifting as much of my personal, as well as employees travel, to Hilton.

Highest praise to Ms. Magda. During the stay of our executive team and international VIP guests, she handled every situation with remarkable efficiency—from coordinating transportation to accommodating special requests and last-minute changes. Always available, exceptionally helpful, creative, and highly effective. It is rare to encounter someone who combines such outstanding professionalism with genuine care for guests. Our sincere thanks and appreciation for her exceptional support!
