Good location but that’s all. Expensive rooms considering their very basic level of equipment (TV, that was all) and worn out beds. Disorganized breakfast buffet, which created unnecessary movements and even collisions between people. Security personnel waking you up in the middle of the night because of some invisible alarm system. Clogged sink in the bathroom.

Had a great stay at this hotel, check in was welcoming and efficient. The reception staff were all polite and helpful. The hotel is clean and comfortable, my room was warm and had everything required, breakfast was served between 8am and 10am with a wide selection of food catering for everyone, The location is excellent within walking distance to all the main attractions.

Family weekend break for the Christmas Market. Lovely hotel in a great location meant we could keep popping back to the hotel as and when needed. Breakfast had a good choice and the quality was above average. Staff were helpful and very friendly. Room was a little on the small side for 2 adults and 1 child, however we didn't spend much time in the room and was only for 2 nights so wasn't much of an issue. Room was very clean.
