Orbis Gdynia Hotel

We had a very pleasant short stay at Mercure Gdynia Centrum. The hotel’s location is definitely one of its biggest advantages — everything is nearby, and it is a great base for exploring Gdynia and the surrounding area. During our stay in December, the hotel was undergoing renovation works, but honestly, it did not affect our comfort at all. Everything was organized well, and the atmosphere remained calm and welcoming. The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional throughout the entire stay, which always makes a big difference. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and overall we had a very positive experience. The only small issue was that there was occasionally a noticeable smell from the drainage system in the bathroom, suggesting that the sewage ventilation or water flow could be improved. Aside from that, the stay was really enjoyable. Overall, it is a very good hotel with an excellent location and friendly service. We would gladly stay there again during another visit to Gdynia.

Lovely place, atmosphere and cleanness. Great for a family day out!

This hotel is a must try. Excellent location within walking distance to the beach, several museums and restaurants nearby. Super clean rooms and public area. Mattress in the bed is so comfortable that I slept like a baby. I loved the wide selection of fish products and the vegetable stew at breakfast. Winestone Restaurant in the hotel did not offer pirog, but I found a restaurant a block from the hotel specialized to this Polish specialty.
