Villa Pallas

I highly DO NOT RECOMMEND! I had a great displeasure to sleep 2 nights in the Villa, and pay for 3... Starting from the beginning, my room was terribly dirty. There were drops of dried BLOOD on the wall in the bathroom. The shower was attached with old FOIL, the soap dispenser was covered with a layer of DIRT. I could choose a bed ... with a hole in the mattress and with a dirty sheet, or a second one with a sheet full of holes. The sheets stank. After the intervention the next day, the sheet was replaced (only on one bed), although no one bothered to clean the rest. The last straw was when I returned to the 'Villa' at 1:30 am and could not open the door to my room. Unfortunately, the reception closes at 10:30 pm… After a failed attempt to contact the staff, I did not receive proper help. I had to spend the night outside the 'Villa'. Despite the documentation in the form of photos and videos, and witnesses of the entire situation, the owner of the facility informed me that I would not receive compensation because I WAS IN THE 'VILLA' ALL THE TIME... The additional things that caught my attention were the black ventilator in the bathroom and the dirty kettle. From my room I could hear my neighbors' footsteps. To sum up, if you want to spend a lovely weekend on the stairs of the 'Villa', and get infected with a blood-transmitted disease as a gift, this is the perfect place.

Budget wise, it is very good. Clean room and facilities but if you look closely, you will see some dusts on the carpet corners which makes me think the room is cleaned very fast. Friendly and accomodating staff. Though reception is 24 hours, you may need to inform them ahead if you are arriving very late at the hotel. Parking available without cost. Small area for parking but amazing how it can fit about 2 trucks and 4 cars.

Nice place for a quick, one night stay. Basic small room with double bad, small bed, bathroom and AC. Flat noname TV with terrible DTV signal as poor as slow WiFi. Small steep parking lot at the front of the building Tasty breakfast with good selection of warm and cold food, coffee, tea and juices. Overall if you do not expect anything more upscale Villa Pallas is a good opportunity for budget stay.
