Nice hotel and incredibly pleasant staff!

Nice hotel. There is a rexal area included if you stay at the hotel. There are two different saunas a hot tub and a small swimming pool. Very nice. The room was nice and tidy but a small fridge. The bathroom had a bathtub. Very close to let a small shopping center which was nice. Outside there is also the tram. Smooth. The only downside is that it is very responsive. You hear the neighbor very well! Heard when their phone rang even though it was on silent but with vibration. It went well anyway. The staff were very nice. Very good food in the restaurant. I ate a Cesar salad that was one of the best I have eaten and then I have eaten many in my day.

Never stayed in a hotel with such noisy rooms. No noise insulation in walls between rooms. You can follow silent conversation next door. Friendly and helpful staff, great breakfast, super spa. Only one cold beer was available in the restaurant in the evening, but food was delicious. 20 min drive from Katowice centre.
