The hotel requires a complete renovation. The windows in the room couldn't be closed—the doorknobs didn't work, leaving a gap and making it very noisy. There's no hot water in the shower, and the bathroom is dirty. Breakfast staff runs around chaotically, mixes up orders, and, without protective equipment (gloves), transfers food brought from the kitchen to containers (the waiter used the same hands to collect dirty plates from the tables). Long wait times for closed breakfasts. The hotel's location is a plus. The wellness area needs renovation.

It is not a 5 star hotel at most 3+ very experienced. Our room was dark with only window view on the dirty roof of the rest attached with needles against birds. The bed was all flayed. Old hand towels. Room was dirty even guests before left the papers on lamps. Old carpet that had nothing to do with the room only gave a sense of dirt. Air conditioner that made so much noise. The bathroom door wouldn't close. Staff not at all welcoming. We asked to change the room which cost 245 euros on Wednesday for one night. Price for this room and the services they offer is extremely exaggerated. I looked on Booking and 'paying 10 euros more were 8 upper class rooms. No availability from staff to solve problem. I understand the Polish language and 'when waiter asked to offer us the upper room with extra price was told to say that there are no more rooms available. Breakfast paying aside and 'great for those who eat salty for those who eat sweet just a type of empty brioche or rotate with jam. He soaaiornato in October 2025

I prefer it for my business trips. It is a very nice hotel, I am always very satisfied. The staff is very helpful. The design is already wonderful, the breakfast and the food presentations in general are excellent. Definitely recommended.
