Excellent experience. Great service at the reception who will help in every situation. Very good and varied breakfast. Room clean and tidy. I will come back for sure.

Thin walls, loud people, and party downstairs. You can even hear talks next room. Nobody cares about you when you're asking for silence around 11 p.m. (during party) - they don't even try to turn down the music. Breakfasts are bland, and the same every day. Really don't recommend it

Terrible service. They ruined the end-of-year holiday for us and our children by leaving us without dinner (already paid for!!!) on December 31st: they brought the closing of the restaurant to 8pm without warning!!! Apart from that.... never cleaned the rooms or bathrooms, nor changed the towels for 4 days. Non-existent soundproofing. No seniors present at the reception, always only very young and inexperienced guys. Change job!!!
