Diament Ustron

Food is excellent. A real rarity is "żur żeniaty" as it is prepared in Upper Silesia (otherwise you get żurek everywhere). Service supper. Nice, competent and fast. Hotel itself still reminds here and there of bygone times, although much is renovated. It is also a good refuge to escape the hustle and bustle of the city and crowded restaurants.

Great room for family 2+2 : 2 separate rooms + a common area with a couch and a TV. The swimming pool is rather deep - not for non swimmers altough tehre is a mslla rea for kids+ a jacauzzi, altough we missed a little bit an outside swimming area. Food was ok, the view from the balcony was beatifull, all in all a nice stay.

My wife and I dropped in for an early lunch to the restaurant at the Diament Hotel in Ustron, Even though not totally open for lunch the bartender, Michał, welcomed us in and seated us with no problem. The lunch was very good and the views over Ustron were Great. Michał doted over us and made sure we were well taken care of - truly excellent service. Definitely we will be back again.
