This was just sad. The hotel has upgraded the common areas but the rooms are old and worn. The rooms do not have air conditioning, and no form of ventilation. There is noise between the rooms, you can clearly hear talking and snoring. The cleanliness is not satisfactory. In the playroom there is ventilation, but it is not used. This gives a bad experience The hotel offers a breakfast and dinner buffet. The food is ok, but a bit poor selection We chose to leave the hotel after one night and lost a lot of money for it, but sleeping in noisy and hot (over 30 degrees inside) and without air is not exactly easy There are plenty of good hotels in the area that are both better and cheaper. Choose one of these instead of

Very nice grounds of hotel with a small lake with safe swimming. Rooms are comfortable with white bed sheets. Large bathroom with shower. No AC but small fan in room and a balcony. Place has two pools, but we did not use. Also an indoor play zone for kids - note lots of families here with young kids. Main reception, bar area and main dining room have AC. Breakfast buffet is good with much to choose from and changes a bit each day. Lunch is ordered from a menu and very limited offerings - also expensive at 38 Pln for a burger and a bit of fries. There is also a small snack bar by the lake beach. Dinner is again a buffet that has much to choose from and has new daily offerings. My main complaint are the limited tv channels available- several in German, several again in Russian and very limited Polish TV offering. Absolutely not English channels or English news. Get rid of some of the German channels and most of the Russian ones and bring in English and French station. Make it more equitable. Staff are great and very attentive working hard to give you a pleasant stay - remember to tip well. Lots of parking available. We would consider coming again but in cooler months.

Very poor customer service. Due to convid was trying to cancel my booking, they refused and weren't helpful. I have very bad asthma condition and not planning to move anywhere, reception desk did not get the situation and was not going to get my money back. That only showed how bad they are, of course business more important then safty of their customers in this dark times. Will not be recomemding hotel to anyone.
