You can really feel the attention to details in this boutique hotel owned by a private owners, nice breakfast with a view on the lake, amazing outside deck, clean room with a lot of adds on and goodies. Very close to the city center of Olsztyn. Porsche charging station for the happy few,,,

The best thing about the hotel is the beautiful location on the lake. The breakfast buffet is also OK and leaves nothing to be desired. But there are also a lot of negatives: Our room was very small and didn't have a chair. Unfortunately, the windows couldn't be opened, which is less than ideal in summer. The rooms are also very thinly soundproof. You can hear every word (or other noises that you don't want to hear from your neighbor at night). That was very unpleasant! The staff are mostly unfriendly and not welcoming. The reception staff also don't greet guests at all... The lake terrace simply doesn't have any loungers with a view of the lake (there is only seating in the garden). It's a shame that this great view isn't used better. And there are cheap-looking nude photos of women hanging in the corridors throughout the hotel. So not recommended for families. Conclusion: We wouldn't stay here again. The price-performance ratio is no longer right under these circumstances.

The hotel has a beautiful location and our Suite was really nice with a wonderful view over the lake. The massages there are absolutely amazing. The atmosphere in the lobby and the restaurant is far too loud and does not fit the supposed high standard of the hotel. There was a bus group, having a party until 2 am in the morning, which we could well hear from our room. The food is pretty good, but the atmosphere makes it difficult to enjoy. We would not come back.
