The hotel is designed in the style of a 19th-century mansion. Everything exudes a classic elegant style. It has a wonderful garden, more like a tropical park, and a pool that we unfortunately did not use due to the weather. The team is very nice, and one can feel the joy in making the guests' stay as pleasant as possible. The location requires a car; during our stay, there was unfortunately a road construction site in front of the house, which was not too disturbing but slightly diminished the overall positive impression. However, the work is nearing completion. It is quite downhill to the city center, so a car is recommended.

Excellent stay (group of friends 8 adults and 4 children). The outdoor space is beautiful, with gardens very well cared for that invite to relax. The rooms are comfortable and impeccably clean. Breakfast is another strength: very complete, always fresh and constantly refreshed, ensuring quality and ideal temperatures. I also highlight the team, of an exemplary availability, sympathy and kindness. Always ready to help, give suggestions and welcome us with a smile — a detail that made all the difference and brought the experience to perfection.

A very noble hotel, nice twin room with plenty of space, large bathroom, very clean! Beautiful breakfast room with very tasteful decor and attention to detail. Breakfast was the best in the Azores. A spacious large and well maintained garden with pool. All receptionists were very helpful and friendly, as was the hotel manager.
