Pousada De Alvito

Here it is pretended that this Pousada belongs to the Pestana group, which is not the case. Not for years, and therefore the standard is far below that of the others. The room was very nice, breakfast was also good, but the air conditioning did not work anywhere and was not repaired, which is terrible for June. Garden area and pool very unkempt. We did not use the restaurant, as it was too warm there as well.

I was disappointed with a Pousada de Portugal. Much noise during the night and fraquissim breakfast. A pity.

I booked the stay on the platform of the Pestana group which was my surprise when I encountered the awful facilities, the food from both breakfast and the awful dinner which culminated with 4 food poisonings. Later I learned that the hotel unit is no longer part of the Pestana group, however the Group did not mention it during the reservation, this fact clearly damages the Pestana group by associating such a mediocre service.
