We stayed for 7 nights in July 2026 and were very disappointed. We expected a beautiful resort as is seen in the photos but the resort did not live up to what is portrayed. The facilities are quite poor. For example the gym is very small and basic, the pool areas are subpar, our beds were hard and uncomfortable, we had so many ants in the room, in 7 nights, our room was cleaned only twice, we had issues with a power outage, broken kitchen items and door keys not working. There is no service when you pull up. The proximity to the beach is the only real plus and even with that, there is not benefit from the hotel. You still need to pay for sun beds. The pool towels they gave us often had big holes in them. The wifi was weak. We ate at the restaurant once and our meal was beautiful. Overall, the price was very inflated and we were very disappointed. The pools were by far the most disappointing area- it is not what you would expect for a 4 star resort and by what they charge. They are old and tired and need a desperate upgrade.
