Cheerfulway Bertolina Mansion-House

Just got back after 6 nights. The location is excellent for all shops, restaurants and bars. As the other reviews have mentioned you can hear the bars until 3am. They have recently changed the windows which I believe does eliminate some of the noise. I think most people won't have an issue sleeping through it, or better still, go join in 😂 The guest house is lovely, we've had the pool to ourselves most days. But the ladies that work here really make it feel like home. The breakfast is wonderful, I'll attach some photos. Stefi, is the one who has kept in touch via WhatsApp and full of information and nothing is tooo much trouble. Arranging the spa and is also going to meet us to take us over. Also arranging Kayaking too. If coming to Portugal again I'd definately stay here.

I give Hotel Ethos Bertolona an excellent rating. I recommend this hotel 100%. The staff were really great and helpful, they were always attentive and willing to help at all times, which made the experience very enjoyable. The location of the hotel is also excellent, very well located and convenient to move around the area. In addition, the breakfast was top quality, with very well prepared and delicious products. Without a doubt, it is a place I would return to and I totally recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, with good service and excellent gastronomy.

We had an absolutely incredible time staying at Bertolina Guest House in Albufeira! From the moment we arrived, our host Andreia made us feel so welcome. She was friendly, attentive, and always available to answer any questions we had – her hospitality really set the tone for a great stay. The accommodation itself was beautifully appointed, clean, and very comfortable. Everything we needed was provided, and the location couldn’t have been better – right in the heart of Old Town. We were just a 5–10 minute walk from the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the local attractions. Despite being close to the nightlife, we were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the room was. The dual balcony doors and provided earplugs helped minimize any outside noise, allowing us to sleep soundly every night. One of our favorite parts of the stay was the pool – we had it to ourselves most of the times we went, which made it feel like our own little oasis! We’re already planning to come back next year. Bertolina Guest House is a gem, and we highly recommend it to anyone visiting Albufeira!
