We were in charge for a week, and because of serious family problems, we couldn't go. They have acted wonderfully, without having any obligation. This shows that above all else they are people with a huge heart. We will come soon to enjoy your facilities and we thank you in person.

I filed a complaint yesterday against this establishment. I did not have the opportunity to send the photos. I had a rented apartment from 16/08 to 23/08. On 3 occasions, during our rental, a person entered our apartment with a key! without warning, knocking or ringing. And the day before I left, I was getting out of the shower in my underwear and there was a man in my living room! He was coming to check the meter, without ringing or knocking! So I found myself in my underwear in my rented apartment in front of a man who broke into my apartment with a duplicate of the keys. This is totally unacceptable! I'll file a complaint for home invasion + invasion of privacy! We remained shocked with just an apologetic email . I have photos of the messages exchanged with the owner who for him everything is normal! So a man walks in with keys to the apartment of two women who come out of the shower in their underwear and it's normal???? next step is what? come to our rooms when we sleep? I will initiate proceedings against this establishment

Would absolutely recommend this place. Very comfortable, clean apartment and lovely grounds and pool areas. Plenty of towels and crisp white bedding. A few areas (play area, furniture on terraces) were a bit tired. But the pool area is sparkling and they have new sun beds. Gardens are gorgeous with oranges, lemons, bananas, loquat and hibiscus. All very well kept. Lovely to sit out and listen to the birds attracted by all that fruit! A few niggles kept it from 5 star. Kitchen was missing a few essentials - no sharp knife or spatula and fry pan needed replacing. It was otherwise well equipped though. Housekeeping isn’t daily, which is fine, but it was erratic. Came the morning after I arrived (Friday) then on Sunday. Didn’t see them again before I left on Thursday. If it’s more than 1 or 2 days they need to leave spare bags for the bathroom bin as they request toilet paper is not flushed. Very much appreciated the heating as weather was unusually chilly.
