Stayed here for 3 nights overall everything was OK, friendly check in, room was clean and spacious however some things like no complimentary tea/coffee in apartment, wait time for breakfast and reception not opening until 9am let this place down. We only had breakfast one morning waited an hour from sitting down at 9:30am opening time to actually getting food …. Fried eggs on toast and an omelette, we were meeting up with family and decided eating at the hotel would be our quicker option ! On checking out, we were getting picked up at 7:45am went to hand our room key and safe key back into reception to find it was closed a guest staying in the room next to reception told us reception didn’t open until 9am he kindly offered to keep our keys and hand them into reception when it opened. We felt uncomfortable about this but had no other option. This should have been mentioned to us at check in as the hotel would know when we were checking out. There was no drop box or alternative unsure what we would have done had the guest next door not been outside his apartment at that time. The hotel is quite remote which was fine for us and we used UBER to get into town
