Beautiful grounds.. a bit out from the marina area so you would need a car (or uber) to see any nightlife. Golfers will be happy here. Air con in the room is good. rooms are pretty and well presented. Each room has a fridge with two complimentary bottles of water. Breakfast was plentiful with even alcohol being served. The omelette bar was average. My biggest gripe - sat by the pool, minding my own business drinking a can of 7up I had bought from outside and being told that you can only consume drinks from their bar (7 euro for a drink!) - Which is the most ridiculous rule I have ever heard- especially considering how much I have spent for the room. Never heard such nonsense.

The hotel is ok in places, breakfast and pool bar / pools are decent and location is ok (quiet area). The staff here do not care about their guests - on check in staff were unhelpful and rooms weren’t ready till really late in the day (we were told any time after 3pm… emphasis on ANY time, could be midnight for all they care). The door to our bedroom was broken and had a mouse come into the kids bedroom in the night. Kids had to sleep in our bed and hotel had to find mouse and do emergency fix to door (no offer to move us). Came back from lunch on one day to find the cleaners had left our room door open with all our valuables on display. Sockets dangerously exposed in kids room. All reported to hotel and the staff did not care at all - no meaningful apologies.

3rd visit for us and the improvement is clear: - ROOM garden view great! With a really nice renovation! The products are high-quality and the little extras are perfect… small regret: removal of the small iron in the rooms; it was actually super nice for dresses, shirts in suitcases… - OUTDOOR AREAS still just as magnificent, well-maintained and the pools are (as usual) great. Small regret: the water is not heated… even a minimum would be ideal (especially in the morning…) - MEALS: we opted for half-board this year and without any regrets! Young and old alike, everyone enjoyed it! It is varied, with quality products and well-prepared! Small regret: the servers (although very nice) who do not speak Portuguese… it is surreal nonetheless! Training is necessary because even for a bottle of water you have to translate into English?! The Portuguese woman that I am was shocked! - a bit of ENTERTAINMENT this year with a DJ 2-3 times a week in the afternoon at the main pool: very nice! Something to keep, I think… - KIDS CLUB with Rita… even though she is shy, my daughter loved it. Yoga session was so cute… - THE LOCATION is not bad. 10 minutes from Quarteira and Vilamoura, so yes, slightly off-center, but that allows for real peace and quiet while still being nearby! We are from the area and it is truly appreciated! - THE STAFF is very nice, smiling, sociable, and helpful +++… you guys are great! See you next year…
