I wanted to share a cautionary note regarding booking a stay with Regina apartments. After experiencing a delay at Faro airport, my 18- year-old daughter and her friend on their first holiday alone, arrived late for check-in. They were refused entry and their room was cancelled for the rest of the week without any refund being offered. As a result, they had to seek and pay for alternative accommodation for the entire week. I strongly advise against booking with Regina apartments.

Arrived 30 mins late after sending 6 emails asking for a late check in was refused entry and reservation was cancelled had to book a flight home never got money back either absolutely disgrace

I wish I could give it a zero Booked a package holiday with love holidays arrived at the hotel 23:45 Our plane landed 23:05 to be told we have missed check in and can not stay. We were left on the streets that late at night with 2 children Love holidays did not help at all when ringing them. We had to book another hotel for the night. It took us 3 hours to find a hotel that would just let us walk in and book We then Went the next day to check in and was told no we can’t check in at all because they had now cancled the booking as we didn’t check in the first day They would not give us a re-fund. Love holidays where not any better either faffed about and faffed all the next day we where on the phone from 9am till 5pm they where still trying to find us somewhere. we ended up having to pay for another hotel for the week. Avoid this place like the plague. It has ruined our holiday. Please check the reviews before booking!!
