Sereia da Oura

Found this apartment on booking.com and glad we booked. Owners are very friendly and everything was clean and well maintained. Comfy beds, clean towels and towels for sunbeds provided. Washing up liquid, sponge, dish cloths all provided and there was even ice in the freezer. We will definitely return.

Staff extremely friendly, prior to arriving i was informed that reception would be closed and i was to call the number provided to access the keys, however on arrival a member of staff was there to greet us and informed us about the apartments and its facilities. Apartment was spotlessly clean. if you are looking for a self catering holiday i would highly recommend as the kitchen has a full size cooker and hob and also a washing Machine. Free WIFI and safe is also available. We will be returning next year.

A very pleasant stay in this apartment block. There are only a few units here so never gets too busy. The apartment we had had a balcony overlooking the pool and was very spacious with a good sized living room/diner, separate kitchen and a spacious bedroom and bathroom. There is a small bar next door as well as a local Portuguese restaurant and Indian Restaurant a few steps away, there is also a small shop selling drinks, snacks, some general goods etc. The kitchen wasn’t particularly well equipped with cutlery, crockery etc but had a toaster, microwave, decent oven and hob as well as a decent sized fridge and freezer. Certifiably enough to be able to cook decent meals, although you will probably be out a few nights. About 10 mins walk to the beach, 20 mins to the old town and 10 up to the strip. Some road noise and some noise from “revellers” heading back from the strip at 4am but all pretty brief. I’d certainly be happy to use again and all at pretty decent value.
