I was quite disappointed with the stay at this hotel. Despite presenting itself as a 4-star hotel, the truth is that the experience was very far from that level and, frankly, I don't even know if it deserves a 3-star rating. The room had a constant smell of sewage, which made the stay quite unpleasant. The wooden windows were degraded and with holes, demonstrating lack of maintenance. As for the towels, during a week of stay they were replaced only once, were of very poor quality and often did not leave enough for all guests. The kitchen of the lodging also presented several problems: the cabinets were quite damaged and the hot water tap did not even open. One of the few positive points were the staff of the bar, who were always very friendly and helpful. The hotel announces to have a children's playground, but this is completely degraded and without conditions for children to play safely. In addition, on one of the occasions when we were quietly resting in the loungers, the gardener turned on the irrigation system without any warning, leaving us completely wet. Given the price paid and the ranking announced, I expected much more in terms of comfort, maintenance and quality of service. Unfortunately, the experience was far below expectations and I would not recommend this hotel without significant improvements.

Very good, very spacious rooms, excellent cleaning, friendly and available staff. Great value for money; we took half board and both breakfast and dinner were of good quality. Excellent location for visiting the surroundings. Free parking. Perhaps some renovation work would not be a bad idea. Recommended.

The hotel was clean, very spacious bedrooms and quiet which was a bonus. The area is lovely loads to do for the kids and adults. The bad things we experienced were - Aircon didn't work, we asked every day at reception but it never came on regardless how much we mentioned it. Showers - water only stayed hot for 3-5 minutes then was cold. My sister stayed over in a different room and she experienced the same issue. 2 plugs didn't work Including the one in the kitchen so we had to boil the kettle in the bedroom. Couldn't turn the tap hot or cold as it wasn't attached properly. The holiday was amazing apart from these parts, and there's a big hill to get to the town. We didn't think it would be a massive issue, but towards the end of the week we got taxis as the children hated the hill.
