simple check in with friendly and helpful staff,lifts to all floors,my room was of a good size,clean and tidy and very quiet especially at night.the hotel has a pool which i didn't use and has good parking and with several places to eat a short walk away and only 5 minutes off the caminho the location was excellent.

Rooms with comfortable beds, quiet and easy access. Reasonable breakfast, could have more variety of fruit, bread and cereals and use products with better quality (it has mostly white line products)

Needing some remodeling. - Bath needs repair. - Strong smell of tobacco in the hallways. - At the end of the offer in Odyssey, we had the right to access the SPA area, which seemed like a dark, cold “phantom” area and without any kind of assistance. - We waited for our turn to use the jacuzzi that never arrived because the gentlemen who were using did not leave the facilities... we asked at the reception if there was someone to take care that the guests could enjoy equally, we were told that it was not dependent on them... Otherwise they could manage, they would not offer that service. Set up scheduling and monitor the proper operation but do not ignore guest requests. - I won't go back or recommend. - Do not have robes for the spa area. - Conclusion, the hotel did not offer what was included in the voucher.
