6 hours waiting for them to solve a problem of a paid reservation of two upper-class rooms that were paid and that you guys say they don't have rooms, and with a lack of quality in the care that's indiscriminate, When something goes wrong, the quality of services is checked. HERE IT'S BAD

I arrived too late to be able to have lunch in any of the restaurants I’d earmarked. This hotel has a restaurant but their staff has left the building too. I ended up having a very simple meal cooked for me by the staff who weren’t even kitchen staff - just so I didn’t go hungry. It was so very much appreciated.

We stayed here for 2 nights whilst walking the Camino. Unfortunately it was Easter Sunday so the restaurant was closed which we were surprised by as hotels are usually open even on bank holidays. The reception staff were lovely and helpful. The breakfast however was a mixed experience. On the first morning there was a full buffet breakfast but on the second morning apparently there were only 5 rooms booked in the hotel so we had to ask for what we wanted!
