O Alambique de Ouro Hotel Resort

We visited this hotel for the third time. We notice that every time we return here the quality is deteriorating drastically, to the point of considering not to return. We arrived early and made the pre check-in, to enjoy the outdoor pools. It was us that because we had two children (one of them a baby of 1 year) that would try to give priority to our room and that called us when it was ready. At 16:00 that was the time of check-in I went to the reception and the room was not ready, that is, even if I arrived the time of check-in was not ready, I do not know what priority was this, but ok it happens. However we got to the room and we had the room poorly cleaned, all dirty floor (my children walk barefoot and got their feet completely black), fingerprints on the glass etc etc. sofa spoiled on the side on arm support that almost made my wife fall when there landed arm. To make it worse, and being in a family room zone, we were toasted with works at the door of the picture at 9:00. By chance we were already awake for breakfast but unpleasant. After lunch my children need to sleep a nap, and in order not to be in the pool in the hottest hours, we went to the rooms and between 14:00 and 15:00 the noise was ridiculous with drilling machines and the like and no one was able to rest. I don't think you're going to repeat the experience after these three times.

Repeatedly in this hotel, I liked to check the overall state of cleanliness, very staff available, excellent water quality of the various equipment. The varied and quality breakfast. The safety by the method of the bracelets to access the various areas. I give a reasonable note for the following reasons which I consider very penalizing: 1. Not all SPA experiences are functional, and when accessing them we verify that they are off, I do not think correct, because we paid for the complete experience. 2. and more disappointed, the room: we stayed in the suite n.1, small and tight, no sockets in good number and access to connect our equipment, the electric frame of the room making a noise type tinned all night very high preventing sleep and rest and at 7:40 in the morning, begins a noise in the back of the room that seemed to be inside a factory or that they were manoeuvring heavy machinery. Very bad!

Meh… the spa is not great.. too many kids and the experience is kinda ruined by the kids screaming. Our shower was awful but the staff was friendly For what you get, it’s way too expensive imo
